Introduction to Mobile Broadband Logo Tests in WLK

1- DTM may run many tests against a Mobile Broadband driver i.e. Mobile Broadband Logo, USB, System reliabilty - PnP/Power tests, Smart Card, etc depending on the different interfaces the device exposes. I  focus on Mobile Broadband tests only in this blog.

2- What does Mobile Broadband Logo tests cover? MB Logo tests focus on testing the compliance to the Mobile Broadband Driver Model, compatibility with WWAN Service and OS scenarios, anticipated problem areas along with some stress and performance testing. Logo tests cannot replace IHV device/driver testing, especially in areas such as vendor specific oids, device specific feautes etc.

3 - Driver is tested from OID level for the most part.
